How strong is the local demand? What is an achievable rent that will meet your requirements while maximising occupancy? These are questions we can answer. We are 100% dedicated to marketing and renting all of our managed properties quickly and for the highest value possible.
How do we advertise?
Internet – All properties that are available and are becoming available are placed on our website. This is updated daily and allows your property to be seen 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by prospective tenants. We also advertise your property on our Facebook page and on Instagram.
Window Display – Full colour advertisements are displayed in our front office window for viewing anytime by prospective tenants.
Rental Lists – Full lists of available properties and upcoming rental properties are available to prospective tenants during our office hours.
